Pea pasta

Pea is one of the oldest vegetables cultivated by man. It is a low calorie source of calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, iodine and dietary fiber. Bringing up Pea to the menu enriches our diet in vitamins A, K, C, E alongside with vitamins from group B, including folic acid. Because of high iron content it is great in fighting anemia, tiredness and stress.

Pea pasta is very lean as a meal contrary to most of the dishes made directly out of this vegetable. In our pasta we were able to preserve Pea’s unique taste and its nutritional properties.
